Client Responsibilities

As a client, you therefore agree to:

Work with our team and attend to the requests made of you in an orderly and timely manner.

Adhere to the terms of payments as stipulated in the service agreement.

Take content and materials sourced from us and ensure that such materials are free from copyright and all relevant intellectual property restrictions.

Payment and Billing

Invoicing for services offered will be executed as per the conditions outlined in their respective service agreements. Any accrued or outstanding balances must be settled timely as failure may result in women, delays, or pausing of renderings. Other forms of payment besides those enumerated, shall not be provided unless expressly stated in the agreement.

Intellectual Property

All proprietary rights in law as regards to the materials developed on your behalf, and all other works prepared are and remain the property of Grow Digi Prints unless specially provided otherwise. You are allowed to use the materials for the intended purpose specified in the agreement, but may not, without prior consent, charge, copy, or change the said materials in any way.

Limitation of Liability

Grow Digi Prints shall not be held liable in any way for loss of revenues or profits or any other claim of an indirect, incidental, or consequential nature resulting from the use of our services. We will accept responsibility solely to the extent of what has been paid by the client for a given service in the last month and subject to the most recent billing.

Termination of Services

You can terminate the service agreement with either party by providing written notice. Upon termination of the agreement, you have to pay all dues for the services provided prior to the termination date.

Modification of Terms

Statements made in this Terms of Use policy is not static and may be modified from time to time. Changes are effective immediately when Posted on the Website and shall be deemed as of the date of the last updated shown on the Page.

Governing Law

The address of record on the notice or the application filed shall govern these Terms and Conditions which are subject to the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Canadian courts will handle any disputes relating to these terms.
